What I Need To Do To Improve My Franchise Piece

When I went to the CKTV media summer camp this year me and my partner Rayden worked on a Hiki No franchise piece. Our franchise piece was about an aloha origami shirt. I felt we had an okay franchise piece but we could improve by a longshot.

First off our shots weren't as intereosting as other pieces we saw. We had some shots that were really just plain like a high angle of some aloha shirts but I think we could have a lot more better shots like maybe a kid trying on a aloha shirt. I feel we could add a lot more interesting shots than long plain shots.

Another thing we could improve on was our script. It didn't have to many clear instructions on how to fold the shirt. Even when we showed it to the class they got lost and confused. We'll try toimprove the script to make it have clear instructions so the viewers of Hiki No will understand what to do.

Lastly the third thing me and my partner should improve on is the audio quality. The mic that we used for the video was way too loud for the video. I put the mic too close to my partners mouth and then it was just super loud and when we played it on the TV it sounded like it didn't fit in to the video.

So overall me and my partner need to improve on various things like shots and audio quality. If we do improve these we cam hopefully get this on Hiki No.
